World Cerebral Palsy Day celebrated by Brainex Children Development Center in Kalaburagi

Kalaburagi: A Fancy Dress program was organized for special children at the Rotary Club School in the city by the Brainex Children Development Center, Kalaburagi, as part of World Cerebral Palsy Day celebrations.
Basavaraj Deshmukh, Secretary of the Sharanabasaveshwara Vidya Vardhak Sangha, inaugurated the event. He congratulated the organization for establishing a center in Kalyana Karnataka (region of Karnataka) to work with special children and address their challenges. He also assured the organization of their support for such social activities.
The chief guest, Dr. H. Veerabhadrappa, former President of the Karnataka Medical Council, spoke highly of the institution’s commendable work. He highlighted that while about 10% of children globally are born with some kind of special needs, about 1% are born with challenges like those addressed by the center. He praised the center’s efforts to help these children achieve completeness in all spheres of life.
Others present on the occasion included Dr. Devidas Patil, Dr. Anwar Khan, Dr. Nammera Hayat, Dr. Mallerava Malle, the institution’s President Dr. Rahitni M, Dr. Rahul Madakanahalli, and Sharan Raj Chapparbandi.
