The Indian real estate sector, which had a market size of $200 billion in 2014, has now grown to over $650 billion and is expected to reach $1 trillion by 2030. This impressive growth reflects not only economic progress but also increasing confidence in the sector.Nagendrappa emphasized that today’s homebuyers are more informed and discerning, with clearer aspirations and expectations, especially in the post-COVID era, regarding design, amenities, and well-being. In these evolving circumstances, collaboration is essential. He reiterated the saying, “Coming together is a beginning; staying together is progress; and working together is success.” He said that success in real estate depends on bringing together professionals from various fields, including property advisors, developers, urban planners, landscape architects, structural designers, service consultants, financial institutions, and city officials.
