Is memorandum me yeh demand ki gayi ke Kalaburagi District Central Library ke officials ke khilaf action liya jaye, kyunke library supervisors ko 2015-16 financial saal me minimum wages nahi diye gaye the.Kalaburagi District Central Library office ko Hon’ble Labor Court ne seize kar liya tha minimum wages na dene ki wajah se. Seized furniture/materials ki list aur unke disposal ki details maangi gayi. Dusre reference letter me, Deputy Director in-charge, District Central Library, Kalaburagi ne bataya ke seized furniture/materials ke disposal ke liye koi tender process nahi hua, jabke information maangi gayi thi.Aisa lagta hai ke is case me officials ne seized furniture/materials bina tender process ke bech diye, takreeban 10 lakh rupaye kamaye, aur government ko fraud karte hue yeh paisa deposit nahi kiya. Yeh clear hai ke government ki property ko nuksan hua hai aur government funds ka misuse hua hai.Kisne yeh permission di ke government ke lakhon rupaye ka embezzlement ho? Higher authorities ko inform kiye bina, Shri Ajaykumar, Deputy Director, District Central Library, Kalaburagi ne illegal aur unauthorized tareeke se government ke furniture/materials worth lakhs bech diye, government rules violate karte hue, aur yeh paisa apne personal use ke liye rakha.Is wajah se, Bharani ne memorandum me demand kiya ke is officer ke khilaf appropriate legal action liya jaye, government ko jo loss hua hai woh is officer se recover kiya jaye, aur agar turant isko suspend nahi kiya gaya toh Labor Office ke samne ek unique protest organize kiya jayega.
